Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using X Follow Exporter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

X Follow Exporter is a browser extension that allows users to export publicly available follower and following lists from X (formerly Twitter) profiles. The Service provides functionality to export this data in various formats including CSV, Excel, and JSON.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate against others
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activities
• Use the Service to collect data for competitive analysis against X Corp. or its affiliates
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service excessively

X/Twitter Terms of Service

You must comply with X/Twitter's Terms of Service and all applicable laws when using our Service. The Service is designed to access only publicly available information on X/Twitter. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with X/Twitter's policies, including their automation rules and rate limits.

Data and Privacy

Regarding data handling and privacy:

• The Service only accesses publicly available follower/following data on X/Twitter
• All data processing happens locally in your browser
• We do not store or transmit the exported follower/following data to our servers
• You are responsible for how you use and store the exported data
• Respect the privacy rights of individuals whose data you export

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of echobot.dev and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Subscription and Payment

For Pro subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Paddle and PayPal)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
